Audio sounds sped up in clips transcoded from clips with embedded audio recorded at 44.1 kHz

@eyemack reported:

When they were transcoded to ProRes files for use in Cortex, the iPhone camera footage audio seems to have been kicked out at a different frame rate than the video, and so sounds sped up. The reels are set up for audio to pass through, so I’m not sure what happened here.

I took a look and the issue is definitely reproducible.

The audio sounds in sync when its played back in Cortex, but not in the outputs of the transcode.

My guess is that its related to the fact that the audio is recorded as 44.1 kHz.

This is fixed in v1.5.3 b5238 @eyemack
