Cortex crashes when I try and bring in DVCPRO footage. Does anyone know if cortex supports DVCPRO or has had a similar issue? Footage is 720 60FPS. I Suspect it is due to the frame rate but would be surprised if cortex couldn’t support.
We do support DVCPRO material. Is this a MXF file or a MOV file? If you could follow the instructions here How to save and send logs from CORTEX to support that would help us narrow down the problem.
