There is a problem in v1.5.4 b5588 where the process that authors DVD iso files fails to start properly.
The error in the log is misleading:
"(E1) Did not write out all frames. Expected: 3150 Actual: 1780"
Running it from the command line showed an error about a missing DLL.
Recommended solution right now is to roll back one revision to v1.5.4 b5567.
