If you are upgrading or transferring your CORTEX workstations, you can preserve/transfer the current state of your CORTEX Projects
Note: File paths and drive letters are hard stored as full, absolute paths in most cases, your storage and other resources must be mapped to the same drives on the new/upgraded workstation as on the old
By default, all necessary files and folders are saved to C:\ProgramData\MTI
Simply copying this entire folder over will move all the necessary database files for both standalone and shared environments.
This will also copy over your old license to the new machine. CORTEX licenses are node-locked, so this license will not work in the new environment. Contact support@mtifilm.com
