Some customers have reported an issue with RED Dragon footage decoding via the Red Rocket-X. It’s fairly infrequent and intermittent, but appears as if the blue and red layers are not aligned (sort of like looking at an old school 3D image without glasses).
RED has confirmed this is a known issue with 3840x2160 and 4800x2700 footage. We will implement the fix one RED provides it to us.
