We are making the jump to 2.0.3b8496 from 1.5.4b7952 on all 7 of our cortex, Just wanted to know why when creating the next new reel cortex doesn’t prompt you to the next sequential reel number like in past versions? This would be helpful to get back on the latest version. Is there a setting I’m over looking?
We took that out because we found that users weren’t always following that pattern. They also strayed from the reel name they set as their project reel format, which caused problems. We can look into maybe having the up arrow increment the name for you, but we would have to have a larger internal discussion if we were to bring auto increment back.
I would be in favor of that function quite useful and never had a problem.
