We had a production shoot with F55 as XAVC. These files were shot in slow & quick mode (S&Q) at 120fps, but the timecode is recorded as 23.98fps. When we import these clips into Cortex, it crashes.
Sony’s RAW viewer can open and play the files just fine.
There’s nothing in the Cortex log stating a problem. The last message is one of “OnClipsDoneLoading” which I’m guessing is a message saying that it has knowledge of the clips and will now attempt to open the clips for stills/playback.
