ArriRaw import error

Has anybody run into the following error when importing ArriRaw

"Unable to create ArriRaw source extractor: OpenClip failed, returned 3100
Error creating source extractor (filename) Unable to open source file (filepath)

Can you send the logs to support@mtifilm.com? A sample file would be helpful, too.
