I assume you have 6 channels output in the audio mix on your config? I hadn’t seen it fail with 6ch, but with 8ch I was getting failures due to the combined audio and video bitrates being too high. Try lowering the bitrate of the video from 40 Mbps to 35 Mbps.

If that doesn’t work, can you see what error is showing up in the log viewer?

Lowering the bit rate to 35Mbps seems to work!
