Currently working with ProRes footage shot in 4:3 anamorphic ratio. Trying to convert that for editorial at 16x9 aspect ratio and want to ensure the best possible way to do so. Any advice would be appreciated.
You likely just want to change the Aspect in your Framing tool like so:
Then if you click ‘Fit Width’ you’ll see the image letterboxed in your frame, or if you click ‘Fit Height’ you’ll see the sides cropped to fill the 16x9 frame.
