We are having problems with the DNX36 renders. After placing all events onto hour long reels, sometimes there will be takes that are missing from the ale and also missing the corresponding mxf files. I wrote up a similar problem a few months ago. Our work around was to reopen and then close the reel. Usually the event that was originally missing will pop up and start to encode. In this case however, the particular event that was missing from the ale says that it has already been completed.
In this case are the corresponding MXF files also missing?
We have been having the same issue for quite sometime, across multiple builds.
Does this only happen with dnx36?
Yes the corresponding mxf files are missing as well. DNX36 is the only deliverable with the problem.
