Error encoding DNX with flipped images

Getting errors when flipping ProRes images to make DNX files. I need to use a clipster to invert the image and make a new ProRes to avoid this error.

This is not a bug in version 2.0.3. We are not making any fixes to 1.5.4 unless they are absolutely necessary.
