Laboratory manager at Eliote Groupe Paris, I am currently testing the free MTI Film.
I want to use the free version to make copy.
The Full version that we have will be reserved for the master.
I manage to launch New “Copy Task” and start transfers.
Unfortunately I cannot access the “Archive Task” because the following message appears :
“Unable to copy clips that are on different drives in one copy task!”
Can you help me solve the problem?
Your demo tutorial “The Copy Tool and Manifest in CORTEX” on https://www.mtifilm.com/tutorials does not help me understand where my problem comes from.
I would like to export an automatic report after archiving which the “Copy Task” tool does not allow.
And why doesn’t my copy report have a thumbnail like your demo report?
