New in NOVA: Disable sub-pixel Stabilization fixes

One of the nice features in the Stabilization tool has always been that it will stabilize to sub-pixel accuracy. This means less data loss at the edges, so you stay truer to the original.

However, in some cases, this can cause an undesirable softening or blurring of the grain pattern.

To avoid this, we now offer the option to disable sub-pixel interpolation. Note, this option is not available for rotational fixes.
