Having trouble importing a 23.98 clip into a 23.98 project and getting the following error: Error creating source extractor : Timecode frame rate must be > 0! Parameter name: nominalFrameRate
I have checked the frame rate of the particular clip on another program and there doesn’t seem to be anything out of the ordinary. Any advice?
What type of file is it? Sounds like Cortex is failing to import the file since it didn’t grab all the file’s metadata, which is why you get that error message. If you could send some logs to support@mtifilm.com that would be helpful.
ProRes422HQ 23.98 - from the QuickTime info window. Showed it had a CC track but deleting it didn’t help. We’ll get you the logs as soon as we can.
