Is there any way I can create output blanking on my deliverables?. Say I want to create black bars on the top and bottom of my HD 16:9 prores file so It appears as a 239 ratio
You can apply a matte in the Config editor. If you click on the large Burns button in the bottom right of the config editor, you will bring up a burns editor with multiple tabs at the top. There is a tab labeled Matte where you can configure the mattes for your config.
