My apologies for such a piddly request, but when we print out the PDF reports, some of the grey fonts simply don’t show up readable. Can we have the option of making all fonts black so they print out more readable?

We will look into it. I’m not sure it we will be able to expose it as an option right now, but we will try to make the font more readable when printing.
