The files Bin displays the data discrepancy status of all files in your job, compared to a corresponding CORTEX Manifest
Files can have the following status:
- Match - The file name, file size and checksum match those reported in
the manifest - Mismatch - checksums mismatch - The file matches a file reported in the manifest, but their checksums do not match and the file may be corrupt
- Missing - There is no local copy of this file, but it is reported to be part of this job by the manifest
- Unlisted - This file exists locally, but was not reported on the manifest
