Noticing if we have to re-render a real for changes, the old slate files are not being cleaned up afterwards, so we end up with multiple versions of slates in the render folder.
Do you end up with multiple copies of the Slate or does the updated Slate not get created? Is this for file per clip or file per reel deliverables?
Multiple copies and sometimes the new slate gets made , but I have also noticed that sometimes one of the machines will be holding onto the slate quoting a 8 or 9 hr render time and if you stop and start the render it works again. File per clip.
Having trouble reproducing this here. Can you send the logs next time you encounter this?
Sure, it might only be a problem on multiple machine setups, as we have here.
