Making a continuous t reel with a specific time code, the Time code will change intermittently change to another random code after you create the reel and look at it again.

I tried this here and couldn’t reproduce any issue. Are you saying when you go back and edit the reel the start timecode is different?
yes that is what seems to be the problem
