Would like to be able to add comments while in the Color tab

Is there a way add comments while having the color tab selected? Or can this only be done while syncing?

Comment management is only available in the Sync tool and is disabled for clips added to Closed Reels

You can do it while coloring… you just have to switch to the Sync tool first :wink:

But yeah, this request has come up before.

We weren’t able to get it into the 1.5 release, but we’re certainly open to adding it… will just take some thought on where the fields should be.

It would nice to be able to add comments to a clip while in the color tool tab. This way the colorist could add a quick comment for any discepancies they may notice while coloring a clip. Just my 2 cents.
