ALE missing video format

Cortex Enterprise Edition v4.1.1-b14480 (g806a81d)

My deliverable is set to Avid Media, DNxHR SQ, UHD 2160p 1.77:1

The ALEs that are being produced when the deliverable reels finish cannot be used by Avid because they do not have anything in the field VIDEO_FORMAT

This bug has been fixed in the latest version of Cortex.
