Cortex v5.2 b16486 with Tangent Wave Panel - loss of panel control

When we create a job and import the media on Cortex v5.2 b16486 initially the Tangent Wave panel is locked out with no control of the cortex. We did noticed that once on the color page we click away (using the mouse) from the Primary Tab to another tab (Example – Output Lut) we are back to having full control.
