Cortex v5.4 hot pixel do not scan all files

hello, in Cortex v5.0.1 the hot pixel detector scanned 1/4 of files. If you gave 8000 file sequance the files scanned was 2000.

How to make this same for v5.4? I do not want to scan all 30000 files !!!
