This bug may or may not be seen, depending on the combination of your screen resolution, Border setting, View mode, alignment/justification and Display mode. With certain combinations, the edges of the frame will not be visible and you will not be able to scroll to access them.
We’ve added a series of colored dots below to illustrate some symptoms
Regular View Mode - Left aligned
Regular View mode - Right aligned
Presentation Mode - Fit Zoom (z)
Presentation Mode - Zoom Level 1 (Y) scrolled all the way right
To work around this until the bug is fixed, please switch alignment modes when zoomed in to access opposite edges.
