After exporting a report of a job with all reels closed, I noticed that the “Total Size” field on the report registered 0.0GB. Is this because I didn’t use the copy feature or is it a bug?

It’s because you didn’t use the copy tool.

I recently got this question about the Files Bin in Cortex.
After importing a bunch of files, they show up in the Clips Bin, but not in the Files Bin.

The reason this happens is because the files bin only shows files that have either been indexed by Cortex using the Copy tool, or file entries from an imported manifest.
