Gray screen with -5075 Image File Read Failed

Hey all,
This just started happening after I advance a few frames after starting DRS NOVA.
Quitting and reloading allows the frame to be shown but the problem pops up after another few seconds. This is the 2K output of the Arriscan, by the way.

Can anyone advise? It’s a bit unnerving when I only have this for one month!

Can you send a log to support@mtifilm.com? Here are some details on how to get the log: Troubleshooting NOVA with Log files.

Also, if this seems to be failing on the same frame every time it would be helpful if you could send us that frame along with a few surrounding ones.
