DRS™NOVA assumes clips are intended to be standard 24fps and this i the default playback speed. If you have material that originated at a different frame rate and want to play back at that frame rate as you QC, you can change the Play Speed setting. Note that since DRS™NOVA does not do any rendering or transcoding, the play speed setting does not have any impact on the original files/clip.
You can also use these settings to enable a slow motion playback for additional QC.
##Set Play Speed FPS Options
- Go to File > Preferences
- Select the Display Speed tab
- Set each of the Speed options to the desired FPS
- Click OK
- Select View > Speed
- Choose the speed option that corresponds to your desired FPS play rate
