When you first [set up an ImageStore] (How to Create a New ImageStore) (also known as a Videostore or Rawdisk), it may not appear properly in the Correct Bin Manager. Or occasionally, one of the supporting files will accidentally get edited, deleted or corrupted.
If that happens, the two most important config files to check are DiskSchemes.ini (located in the Mathematical Technologies folder under Program Files or Program Files (x86)) and rawdisk.cfg (located either in Program Files or MTIShare, depending on your installation)
